The commitment to anti-bribery and corruption in KFTD goes to the point where Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution will not hesitate to cut off any partnership—particularly if there is any slight indication of bribery related to the transactions, projects or other relevance of the partnership. As a continuation of any report received, KFTD conducted a thorough investigation by forming the Anti-Bribery Compliance and Internal Audit functions. The investigation is carried out by upholding principles such as transparency and accountability and by applicable laws.

Implementing the Anti-Bribery Management System also requires continuous evaluation. KFTD will review, measure, analyze, and evaluate the system’s suitability for work performance, training effectiveness, bribery risk assessment, and other compliance factors.
